Do you truly want to risk your savings on BELIEF you are going to purchase a Dallas home for sale, REALIZE you just go scammed. OR Dallas homes for lease BELIEVE you are working direct with property owner, OOPPS you just got scammed.
If are a victim of a Dallas Real Estate scam at that particular point it is toooo late for a Realtor or possibly an attorney get involved MAYBE you signed documents you did not read, person ran off with your savings OR Dallas rental deposit have NO IDEA of who the person is. I hear stories daily cross the country THIS is not local to Texas or Dallas Real Estate.

Realtors we have check and balance systems in place in order for us represent a property owner for either selling their home OR Dallas home rental. As a Dallas home buyer agent I MUST reconfirm who the listing agent is, and the property owner for your protection.
Why risk $1000 of dollars you worked so hard for try to save a buck not use a Dallas Realtor? I hate to tell you all the stories I hear DAILY of how a family was scammed.

TREC warns public of Real Estate Brokerage Scams in Dallas/Fort Worth Area
The TREC Standards and Enforcement Services Division (TREC) has received complaints against a group of individuals and companies that have been doing business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The individuals and companies named in the complaints represent themselves as real estate agents and real estate brokerage companies but do not hold Texas real estate licenses. The public should be aware, owners of real property, tenants, buyers, and investors claim to have lost large sums of money related to the group's real estate schemes.
