b) 2 years of continual employment
c) 2 years of tax returns
d) W-2's
e) 2 years of bank statements however most will require past 3 months
f) Recent pay stubs

a) Review credit scores 620 or above
b) Debt ratio to income
c) Minimum 3.5% or more down payment for a loan based on lender approval
d) Your file will be submitted for approval lender will issue a letter valid for 60 days prior expiration stating amount you are approved purchase

YOU will have expenses purchase a Dallas house these are NOT INCLUDED with your loan:
a) $400  -  Inspection approximately
b) $400  -  Appraisal approximately
c)  $100 -  Option money  or more based on purchase price of home
